How long does second class delivery usually take?

Our standard delivery method which is second class Royal Mail recorded usually gets shipped and delivered within 2 - 4 days.

I never received the CD (electronic user manual) with my order.

We no longer supply the software cd with the R4 cards. You can download the software needed from www.r4ds.cn along with user instructions. If you have any difficulties drop us a message and we will be happy to help.

How do i return an item for a refund, exchange or replacement?

In order for us to refund, exchange or issue you a replacement you firstly need to request an RMA number. You can do this by logging into you account and going to order history from where you can select the order that needs to be returned.

Once you have received the RMA number you can return the order back to us and we will take the appropriate action. We supply a returns address label with each order which you can peel off and stick to the package. 


How long does a refund take to process?

Once we have issued you a refund, the funds should appear back on your card in around 2 - 3 working days.

My R4 card just says "Loading",Whats the problem?

Many customers are downloading the wrong software and loading it onto the R4. As a result your R4 card will display the message "Loading" when inserted into your DS.

As these are original R4 cards the only place you can download the software from is r4ds.cn

Another reason why you may be experiencing this problem is because you are using a memory card greater than 2GB. The R4 cards we sell are original and will only accept memory cards upto 2GB.


How do you send the money raised to Charities?

We only send money we raise for charity from our profits. If there is no profit no donation can be made but we will carry forward the owed amount until paid through the course of business.

How much does Clickshop.Com donate from each order?

Every order placed on Clickshop.Com has a different donation value. Depending on the item(s) ordered donations vary from £0.05 upwards.

What does the status "Picking" mean?

When you receive a update email or log into your account to view the status of your order and it is listed as "Picking" This means that your order is being packaged and shortly after it will be despatched.

I still haven't received my order.

Once you receive a despatch notification email from us your order is being handled by Royal Mail. At this stage you should generally receive your order within 3 days (UK), 5 days (Europe) or 8 days (Rest Of The World). If you do not receive your order within these times there may be a problem and you should contact us for a tracking number. We cannot send you a new order until 14 days after you receive the despatch notifcation email to allow good time for your order to be handled. We can then put a claim in with Royal Mail for the order.

What is Standard Post Delivery Time?

Customers who select Royal Mail Standard post will generally receive their order/s within 2-3 days from despatch.

If you have not received your order within this time frame please allow a minimum of 10 working days before contacting us as we cannot investigate any loss until this time has passed.

On some occasions your package may be left at your local Royal Mail sorting office due to the size of the package so you should check with them.
