Dear Customers,

This is a notification email for all customers who have purchased the R4 Card. We have been processing our orders and have had a number of customers returning cards due to a fault. As a result of this and to save your time and costs if the R4 you receive is faulty, we have decided to return  the current stock we hold for a new batch which will be arriving either this Friday 12th September or Monday 15th September.

We will be offering free 1st class upgrades to all 2nd class orders and postage discounts and refunds for 1st class, special delivery and international orders.

Customers who have been waiting 7 days or more will receive a Free Gift with a value of £4.95 or more as a goodwill gesture.

We will keep you updated with the progress of your orders via email and you can also visit the news section on our site.

We will be more than happy to issue you a full refund if you decide not to wait.
