Are My Transactions at ClickShop.Com Secured?

Shopping at Clickshop.Com is completely safe. We use a highly reputable transaction processing firm know as Sage Pay. All transactions are processed via their secure server and passed onto the bank. This means we never hold any of your card information.

What payment methods are accepted?

We Accept the following types of Credit & Debit Cards.

Payment can also be made via Cheque's, Money Orders, International Money Orders and Bank Tranfer.

Why isn't my credit card accepted?

There are three possibilities why your credit card is declined.

1. The billing information you entered does not match that of your credit card bank's.
2. You have entered a wrong security Number.

If you have entered a correct Security number, most likely you entered an incorrect billing address. If the problem cannot be resolved please contact us.

Am i charged for the declined transaction?

Every credit card transaction placed at Clickshop is first sent to Sage Pay for authorization. When your credit card is declined, the transaction is usually first authorized (if the card is valid) then voided. When authorized, the fund is actually held by your bank (we do not have this fund). It usually takes a few days before the voided fund is released back into your account. Therefore, rest assured that the declined transactions will not show in a few days.

Shipping Information

What is the warranty guarantee for my purchase?

All of our products carry a 1 year Manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise. To have your equipment serviced free using manufacturer's warranty you will need to send the product, along with its warranty card, back to us. Shipping to ClickShop.Com will be covered by the customer and we will cover the shipping charge back to you. Please email us before you send your unit for repair/exchange.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You should generally receive your order within a 1-3 day period. Alternativley if you wish to receive your item quicker, you may choose Special delivery or 1st Class service. Below is a list of delivery methods:

Can i ship my order to places other than my billing address?

Due to a rise in attempted credit card frauds, ClickShop.Com has instituted the following credit card policy: We will only ship to the cardholder's billing address and we will always require the actual cardholders billing address to process your credit card transaction. (The "billing address" is the address on record with your bank. It is where the bank mails your monthly statement.)

If the cardholders billing address does not match the banks records, your order will be declined and voided. If your billing address does match the bank's record but you would like to have your order sent to another address other than your billing address, please let us know via email. However your order may be delayed. We will not ship orders to delivery addresses that are in another country unless the payments were made via wire transfer. Please contact us if you have more questions or comments.

What should I do if my package is stolen/lost/damaged?

ClickShop.Com cannot be held responsible for unexpected incidents that occur after the order is shipped. If your order is stolen, lost, or damaged during freight, please use the tracking number (which contains insurance information) we supplied and contact the shipping carrier for reimbursement. Shipping/Packaging information for insurance claim purposes will also be provided upon request.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately all orders must be placed via our website at At this time, we apologize that we cannot offer you assistance over the phone. However, we will try our best to answer any questions you may have over email (emails are generally answered within 24-48 hours or less.)

When will my order be despatched?

All orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched* the same day for delivery. This excludes public holidays and stock availability. Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email together with a tracking number.

* Please note this is only if item ordered is in stock at time of placing order and there are no delays in processing your order.

* Item's that have an availability status will be ready to ship within the said period.

Which delivery method should i choose for my order?

I have received the wrong item.

Please check all packaging before opening your order(s) to ensure you have received the correct product. If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us for an exchange. Please see our returns policy. You may be charged for redelivery.

If we have sent the wrong product, which does not match the description on your invoice, you can return it to use for an exchange. Please see our returns policy. We will refund the cost of postage where applicable.

How do I view my account details?

After you have placed an order or you have registered with the site, you can edit you details within your account area. Press the login Tab at the top of the page and enter your email address and password.

Click on the account link at the top of the page to access your account details. From here you can edit your address details, view your account history and print VAT invoices.

How do I print a VAT invoice?

  • In your account details, click the order history button.
  • Click on the view details button for the appropriate transaction. At the bottom of the page you will see the print VAT invoice button. Please make sure pop-ups are allowed on your browser before proceeding.
  • Click the print VAT invoice button to proceed.
