Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Company Checks
We accept money orders, cashier's checks and company checks in U.K. Pounds or Euros. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks.
We accept domestic and international Bank transfers in GB Pounds only. Customers paying orders via Bank transfers payments must include an additional £12 Bank transfer fee Only if outside of the United Kingdom. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
Shipping Charges, Taxes
Separate charges for shipping and handling (If Applicable) will be shown on ClickShop.com's invoice(s). The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes, associated with the order, if applied, however designated. Products delivered within the UK Include VAT. Additional import tax may also apply.
Title, Risk of Loss
Title to products passes from ClickShop.Com to Customer on shipment from Clickshop.Com facility. ClickshShop.Com is free of responsibility once the merchandise ordered leaves ClickShop.Com facility. In the case of loss or damage that occurs during shipping, Customer is responsible for any insurance claims. If required we may assist.
Each product is packaged with the manufacturer's warranty and service information. Service information ie. Invoice('s) is needed for servicing with ClickShop.com which is valid only through ClickShop.com.
Items which are defective upon arrival must be returned within 7 days in original condition
Products purchased from ClickShop.Com may only be returned within 7 working days from delivery if you no longer require the product('s). You must notify us by phone or email of your intention return the product('s) and we will issue you with a returns number which you must quote on all paperwork when returning the goods.
- Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
We are unable to accept returns of the following items: Opened Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, Minidiscs, games and software, the goods were a special order to the customer's specification.
You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
Our ClickAid scheme is not a charity organization. All money collected from the sales of orders placed on Clickshop.Com are donated from the profits made and not from customers. By placing an order with Clickshop.Com we aim to donate the stated (as listed on product page) amount to a charity or good cause which the customer selects or is randomly selected if no selection is made.
The money for donations to the charity or good cause will be donated at the end of financial year.
NOTE: All donations are made as a good will gesture by Clickshop.Com from profits. If no profit is made there can be no donation. The value listed for each product and total figures is a guide only and should not be taken as the final value to be donated. The actual figure may vary depending on profits. This is also the case for the Clickaid page totals. If we are not able to donate the listed value for each charity or cause within the said parameters (see above) then payments will be made as soon as possible. The final figures (total) displayed on Clickshop.Com is what we aim to donate through the course of business rolling over each year until target donation figures meet actual donation figures.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, ClickShop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ClickShop.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
